How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
Dependent on the requested shipping destination, you will receive your order in approximately 2-5 working days from the day you placed it.
How Will I Be Charged?
ALL local orders will be charged in South African Rands (ZAR).
How long will it take for your order to be processed?
You will receive a confirmation email from KOKO to confirm that your order has been placed. KOKO orders placed before 11am (CAT) on a business day will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 11am (CAT) will processed the next business day.
Please note: during sale and/or product launch periods customers may experience a slight delay in orders being dispatched.
How long will it take to ship?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from KOKO with tracking information.
If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact KOKO customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +27 83 607 2335.
(Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm CAT) with your name and order number to enable us to check the status of your order.
KOKO is not responsible for any delays caused by the freight carrier, especially during high-volume seasons. Please note that all delivery times are estimated. KOKO cannot guarantee delivery dates.
If you are not home to accept your package and have not left a note on your order to leave package without signature, the freight carrier will leave a card in your letter box detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office or re delivery.
If you have not received your package within 5 business days of placing the order, contact us with your full name as well as your Order Number and we’ll look into the matter immediately.
KOKO is not liable for missing parcels due to any errors on the customer or the freight carrier’s behalf.
Are you having problems with your tracking?
In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status on their website. Please be patient :)
However, if your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact KOKO customer service team, email@example.com.
