If your products are un-used and un-opened, we can offer an exchange for you. KOKO is not responsible for the cost of return shipping, however once KOKO have received your returns we will send the exchange to you free of charge.
Have you changed your mind?
We do not refund or exchange due to change of mind or differences in personal opinion.
Is your product faulty?
Refunds are only offered in case of manufacturing faults.
KOKO is not responsible for cost of return shipping, however once the product has undergone testing we will refund your original order and cost of postage if the product is deemed to be faulty.
